Artists are essential to the continuing world of Blood Bowl. Whether it is interior art of rulebooks or graphic novels, the illustrator is key in setting a visual interaction between players of the sport. Artists, in this sense, will be considered as illustrators and this list is not necessarily comprehensive. Sculptors will be in their own category and won't be represented here unless they have contributed art towards the sport of Blood Bowl.
Aly Morrison[]
Aly Morrison is an artist and game designer who co-founded Marauder Miniatures in 1988 with Trish Morrison. Marauder's figures were cast and distributed by Citadel Miniatures who absorbed the company in 1993. He has also sculpted for Games Workshop. Aly's contribution to Blood Bowl is the First Edition's Rulebook interior art.
Pete Knifton[]
Pete Knifton is a British artist who has worked on various projects including Games Workshop projects such as Dark Future, Warhammer 40K, and Blood Bowl, as well as licenses such as Thundercats, Transformers, and Omni Books. A lot of Pete's Blood bowl art has not only appeared in various rulebooks, but White Dwarf Magazine as well. As of 2018, Pete Knifton has illustrated the comic within Spike! Journal, Mighty Blow, following the exploits of a young Bob Bifford.
Wayne England[]
Wayne England was an English artist whose work regularly appeared in role-playing games, wargaming rulebooks and magazines and was used on cards for collectible card games such as Magic: The Gathering. England produced interior illustrations for Games Workshop since Realms of Chaos books, many Dungeons & Dragons books, and did the cover for Lords of Madness (2005). He also produced artwork for other games such as The Wheel of Time Roleplaying Game (Wizards of the Coast) and Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay (Hogshead Publishing and Black Industries), as well as for White Dwarf (magazine) magazine. England's art was most prominent in Blood Bowl during the 3rd Edition wave in 1994, most notably the rulebook and Death Zone.
